Jimmy Torres, BC Home Inspector, joins Walkabout Inspections
This past year I've spent some time as a field trainer. What a field trainer does is walk through a home with new inspectors entering the business. I've seen quite a few enter the industry, many who will become great home inspectors and be a credit to the industry.
During this time I was introduced to Jimmy who has taken all the educational courses that are required by HIABC, and the Government of B.C. I found Jimmy to be a very bright, engaging young man, who has a real "eagle eye" and attention to detail, some of the characteristics of a good home inspector. He also has great communication skills: another good characteristic of a good home inspector, for it doesn't matter how much you know if you don't know how to communicate your knowledge well.
Jimmy has joined forces with me and I am positive that you will be as impressed with him as I am.
